SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all stocked orders either same day (Monday-Friday) or by the following working day (subject to time of order). Orders are shipped by courier service.
For orders that require a guaranteed quick delivery, please contact our sales staff directly by phone who can advise further on your request.
Shipping Prices UK
All orders under £250* will be sent by courier service
Up to 3kg £8.00*
3kg-20kg £9.60*
UK orders over £250* are shipped free of charge.
Shipping Prices Overseas
All overseas export orders are invoiced without VAT (sales tax). Please note that most destinations will require you to pay your local sales tax on import along with other charges such as duties. We are unable to advise on what this cost will be and we have no control over these charges, they are controlled by your own customs. Your local customs website may provide assistance in estimating import charges.
Note: we are unable to export dangerous goods such as aerosol cans and such items must be removed from the cart before you can proceed with your order.
*Oversized Surcharges (all destinations) - all couriers now surcharge parcels that are over a certain length (usually 1.2m). All oversized parcels will carry a surcharge to cover this additional cost. This includes UK shipments over £250, however the base carriage charge will still be free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund & Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and returned within 30 days of receipt (excluding special order items). Orders that have not been dispatched will be refunded in full.
Prior to returning any parts, the customer must contact Burton Power to get a returns number. The returns number must be written on our returns form and included in the returned package. All returns are arranged at customer’s own expense.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned in an unused condition suitable for resale including all original packaging. Items that have been used, marked during fitment (eg. witness marks from tightened bolts), damaged during fitment or damaged during return transit will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made via the same method they were received (e.g. credit card payments must be refunded to the same card). Refunds are usually processed with 1-2 days working of receipt but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods.
